I think we have finally got this Pinewood Derby thing figured out. Carter’s first year was a flop, but his car looked awesome. Then last year his car was AMAZING! He won first place every race, by quite a bit. This year both boys were able to participate, so we had lots of sanding going on at our house. The boys choose their designs and do almost all of the work, with the exception of some tinkering by Dad. Brady came in first place for his troop and third overall, and Carter came in fourth overall. Not bad!
